What's Up
I know I haven't blogged for a couple weeks. You know those moments when everything's happening at once, and some things have to give. Well, this time it was the blog.
Lots of good things happening though. The big event for the band is Musikfest this Saturday and Sunday in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. If you live anywhere within 100 miles, you oughtta come. It's a great big 10-day music marathon in the old town. There are about 8 stages with music going on all day. Most of the concerts are free, but you do need tickets for some of the bigger names. Hey, I heard ABC is broadcasting Patti LaBelle live from Musikfest one night this week.
We're bringing down three young musicians from western Massachusetts to play this year, Jordan Russ on drums and percussion, Ian Coss on bass, guitar and accordion, and Nolan Gardner on keyboards. We'll be joined both days by "Brother Ben" on the keys, and some bass guitar. And Sunday we'll be joined by guitarist Mike Stanley, who played with us the past two years.
I promise this will be some of the best music Radio Free Earth has ever made, so come if you can.

First I heard Mike was definitely playing with us on Sunday. That's great! Looking forward to both of the days.
