I just found this story inspiring so I thought I'd share it.

If I were a little wiser, I'd probably understand the implications of this. As it is, it's just amusing enough to seem worthy of posting here. Read about the State Senator in Nebraska who is suing God to stop natural disasters and terror threats here.

This is my new favorite TV show. It's on HBO. Two New Zealander musicians trying to make it in New York City. Brilliantly funny. Here's a clip from the show.

I'm in the Bradley Airport waiting for a plane to Arkansas for the Peace on Earth Festival. This is the first time I've gotten free internet in the terminal as far as I can remember. I even found an outlet so I can get charged up for the plane ride -- making me what Andrei Codrescu referred to as a "vampire".

Anyway, I thought I'd post since my morning news crawl turned up this New York Times story which points to "Israeli acute paralysis virus" as the most likely cause (along with a weakening of certain bee colonies from drought which may have resulted in loss of nourishment) for Colony Collapse Disorder.
